Sean and Noelle met in the service industry and shared a passion for great food and beverage. Sean, a classically trained French chef, spent time honing his craft in France, before returning home to begin his career in the PNW. Noelle has specialized in events and the beverage side of the industry for many years.
They first formed Flavor Memories, their catering company and started building relationships with vendors and patrons alike. After several successful years in catering, they decided to open The Newbergundian Bistro.
